- I finished up work this week. The library is inventoried and tallied and organized and all in Perfect Order . . . just in time for summer school to start on Monday.
- In inventorying (yes, I declare that a word) the library, I discovered two–TWO!–hidden ACTIVE network ports in electrical panels under the floor. This makes me inordinately happy because I now can add two–TWO!–more computers to my library without begging for more wiring.
- Today was my first suncreen slather of the season. Yes, it’s June 15th, and I finally got outdoors during daylight hours.
- On a sad note, the world lost perhaps the greatest breakfast maker this week. Consequently, we are headed to Ohio for a bit to spend time with family.
- And finally, my friend Anne Marie Pace‘s picture book, VAMPIRINA BALLERINA, received a starred review from Publishers Weekly. This makes me even happier than finding secret network ports in the floor of my library.
